I thought it was obvious the 20% figure relates only to the state of Israel and not to the pre 1967 territories almost exclusively populated by Arabs. Do you dispute this? Do you dispute non-Jewish citizens of Israel have almost the same civil rights as the Jewish ones?

You are correct. The racism against native South Americans is Latin America is HUGE. But that doesn't negate the point I have made. In the past, right wing governments used to not only allow it, but they used to massacre the natives when they tried to revolt against this treatment. They called them communists and set up right wing militias to kill or silence them.
The current governments in South America are actively trying to protect these people, Not only by allowing EVERY South American freeedom of movement, but also by land distribution and new laws that protect these people, their languages and their rights.
Yes go to Bolivia and look at how violent the right wing opposition is, but also look at what Morales has done as far as making new laws to help legalize and educate and protect these communities.
The economic disparities won't be erased in a few years, but the governments are setting the ground work for it. Something the right wing juntas would have never done.
