I am wondering which country rates as the most fanatically catholic in the world? lol Based on my own travels and experiences I would have to say Argentina is in the top three - with Ireland and Italy - just not sure which one is the worst lol

Argentina is definitely not fanatically Catholic. You should travel to some other Latin American countries. Most people you meet in the Capital are agnostics, or, even though they wear the name Catholic, don't know that they believe in general.

I think the Argentine Constitution REQUIRES a president to be Catholic Tex, I'm not sure how many other countries do that anymore.
