LIVE AT THE MET

Apologies to those who went early to the theaters last Saturday for Tosca. The brochure had the performance listed at 14 hs. but due to setting the clocks back an hour in the USA, the performance was at 15 hs. BA time. I was there at 13 hs and didn't want to wait around for two hours for a three hour production. It was my understanding that tickets were free, when that is not the case. The satellite feeds are important revenue for the MET. However, compared to ticket prices in NYC for hundreds of dollars, 70-200 pesos to see a Met production is close to free. Tickets are sold at the box office at Teatro El Nacional on Corrientes.
