Hello! Our fridge has been broken for some time now and every tecnico we try to get to come just doesn't show up or doesn't return our phone calls. Does anyone know someone that they have used before that did a good job and is reliable? We live in Palermo if that makes any difference.

Thank you in advance! We have lost way too much good food already!

What brand is your fridge and how old is it?

The brand is "Patrick" and I can't find the year, but it's really very old.

Look on mercadolibre for used heladeras as well as servicio.

I had very good luck buying two older SIEMENS heladeras (model Beriloche) at really low prices ($450 and $750 pesos). They are both going strong after more than two years.

Patrick is not a top name brand in the first place.

It's a higher end model than the Bariloche which doesnt have a true "freezer" (though frozen food stays frozen indefinitely).
