Guarantor for mobile phone contract?

I've heard of expats who provide guarantee services for those of us without one to be able to secure a long-term apartment lease (for a fee, of course) - but does the same thing exist for securing a cell phone contract?

I'm sick of paying the outrageous pre-pago fees, but I can't get a contract without a DNI.

We use my husbands socio's DNI...
There is really nothing to it, you get the invoice at your adres and if you don't pay they just cut your line, there is no responsability for the DNI holder.
