What's the difference? Is one pre-sifted? more refined? contain baking powder, or yeast?

Will one make my breads / cakes rise and be fluffy, despite a crappy oven that loses a tonne of heat?!

Hi

I understand that 000 is less refined though it is good for breads and even scons (I cook at home) and 0000 flour is the most refined. Apart from these you have the brand Blancaflor with baking powder that is perfect for almost everything and you have one with yeast that is perfect for pizza I think that it says pizza in somewhere. With Blancaflor you can be sure of good results.
all the best

Any flour with baking powder will say " leudante " somewhere in the packaging, otherwise it is plain flour 000 or 0000 - more refined for cakes, etc -

0000 is the flour to use when making home made pasta..however as the artesenal pasta places here are so abundant and fabulous havent tried it here yet myself...
