Where do you get these rates? Downtown on the street? Is that the "blackmarket"? We saw people advertising in the street on Florida, but I thought I 'd post here first to hear tips about exchanging that way. Thanks!

Really it is crazy. I live in Olivos , and the Cueva is in Vincente Lopez. I can go there or he comes to my house. Also work with 2 other friends who do business in the states. I send money to them there and they give me the going blue rate. yesterday all the cueva had were 50 peso notes. He has had the doggies around a few times so we always call first to see if the coast is clear , or if he wants to deliver. Totally crazy.
