Heading to Salta for 3 days need recommendations

As the title says, heading to Salta in 5 weeks with my Father for a few days, while there i would like to buy some decor for the apartment, ponchos, aguayos and other authentic handcraft type stuff.

Any recommendations on places to visit in Salta and surrounds (prob head to Cafayate for a night)?
