if anyone has booked before the changes then they dont apply ...

whilst i agree with one comment that the price is still relatively cheap if you are earning pesos it is a painful extra cost.

Is there a charge for a 2nd bag from US-Arg? According to the AA website, it only appears to be btwn Europe and North America.

I think it depends on the airline. Delta there now is. (Since mid-Oct)
