Hi! I’m Isabella, 24yo from Texas, and I’ll be heading to BA in a couple weeks. Looking for ways to get plugged into the community and contribute to this forum!

Some interests include:

• dancing classes
• cooking classes
• long complicated board games
• hiking/outdoor activities
• any amateur sports groups that accept newbies.

I would love any recommendations on classes to improve my Spanish. In the past I’ve found Church to be a great way to meet people if anyone knows any church groups.

For good value for money, you could consider taking Spanish classes at UBA: http://idiomas.filo.uba.ar/es/espanol-como-lengua-segunda-y-extranjera

These classes are also a great way to meet young people, most of the language students are foreign students at UBA.
