hello everyone ill be travelling to argentina for my language courses spanish, starting this march 5 2017 , for one year, the question is how difficult is it to get a dni card, this morning i contacted an advocate he says your not eligible for dni card , i said why, he says you have study for two years i said i will continue studying once my year end course finish off, can i work on student visa i have for small jobs i have, please any members give me clarification on this
