I miss Christmas at home with snow and family, friends, decorating the tree, etc. But, by January, we are always ready to get out of the cold and return to Argentina. We have been fortunate to have been able to go home for Christmas many times.
Meanwhile, here, we try our best to make some of our traditional Christmas fare and to share it with friends. I do a lot of baking, cakes, cookies, etc. and prepare a turkey or a large beef ( splurge) roast with all the trimmings.
