How did you rent before getting a DNI?

AirBNB is the easy route--but a lot more expensive. I recommend checking local furnished apt rentals on https://www.zonaprop.com.ar/. Just filter by 'amueblado' for your location. I didn't have a DNI but just offered to pay 3x months in advance like I saw advised here and didn't have any issues. Ended up in a way nicer apt for half the price from the AirBNB I'd been staying in.

After 2x rentals for 3-months each, they offered me a 12-month lease which is probably pretty typical once you've built up some trust
