How is this area?

I live in on the Monserrat/San Telmo border and regularly walk to Constitucion and back (5 blocks past 9 de Julio). And despite the fact that I've been robbed a number of times since I've been in Argentina (5 years), I've never been robbed in San Telmo, Monserrat or Constitucion.

Go figure!
