How many of us are still here?

Huh? I just bought a property this year- and its price was DOWN, due to the crappy economy of Milei. So, my investment, like my argentine friends, in real estate, is not a "miracle"- its another of the disasters due to the current libertarian mania. The sellers were very happy to sell, and it was representative of the many owners who no longer can afford owning vacant family properties that previously cost very little to just sit on.
I have been here since 2007.
All my friends here are Argentine.
I am very aware of the economy, and my point was I am in favor of an economy that benefits Argentines more, and I am not worried if my real estate investments dont go up like bitcoins, as a result.
I have been consistent and clear about my ideas about the economy here for almost 2 decades- we need higher taxes on the corporations, wealthy, and, yes, real estate, especially the 90% of arable land owned by under 1000 wealthy argentines.
we need a government that focuses on value added exports, encoraging and supporting the existing machinery, tool, electrical, ag equipment, shoes, clothing, and other light industries that already exist and employ people.
We need support for health care, education, culture, and infrastructure.
All of which is the exact opposite of current programs, and, to my mind, is why the economy keeps getting worse.
I have been confused about your views. I had the impression that you supported the current powers that be. Thanks for the clarification. Nothing to do with you, but I am surprised at some expats who left USA thinking USA is fascist then came to a country with a far right wing administration.

One is run by an autocratic dictator, the other by someone cosplaying an autocratic dictator. Which is which is left as an exercise for the reader.

As I have frequently said, I came to Argentina in 2007.
But Milei is not “ right wing” in any traditional sense, he’s libertarian.
I dont think any of the presidents in my experience here actually map to US politics at all.
I was raised beatnik atheist in the 1950s, and would describe my political views as a mix of social democrat and anarchist.

Many people say that current social and foreign relations policies are right wing.

What is "cosplaying"? I don't understand anything you said. Can you explain?

Libertarians believe in minimum government, maximum personal freedom, neutrality / non-interventionism in foreign policy. Anarcho-capitalism, however, is decidedly right-leaning. Major increases in defense spending, foreign affairs policies favouring Netanyahu, Meloni and Trump etc. cannot be considered anything but 'right' leaning. Whether this is good or bad depends on each person's thinking.

What side of the political spectrum does the president and advisors fall into when it is ok to award an 80 million USD no bid contract to your CPAC political alliances from USA and Argentina? According to today’s news about the contract to upgrade the computer networks of all the nations schools.

No bid contract? "what remains unexplained is why, despite having requested budgets from various companies, a public bidding process was not initiated to allow them to adjust their prices."
