How many of you really know the interior and the culture, vs BA?

For a slower pace it is great, except that sometimes, it is way to slow.
I do agree with Rich about going local, unless you can't do without certain things. After all, most people that want to experience something outside their comfort zone, this is one of the ways to do it, it is not bad but way different than some fast paced places including BA.
Also i'd like to mention that many things are a lot cheaper than in the city considering you have less options but not necessarily less quality, however, all services are more expensive( gas, water, electric.) but you get free garbage service( included in your local taxes)

I am from a small town in oregon...lived in BA the first three years, then moved to la falda, cordoba 8 years ago and have been here ever since. yes i miss lots of things BA has, but La Falda seems more like "home " to me...i can have a vegie garden, horses come by, everything is cheaper, easier, quieter.
