I've heard a lot of good things about them and I have used them myself. http://www.taxiezeiza.com.ar/ You could also try Manuel Tienda Leon which runs a shuttle from the airport to their downtown office. www.tiendaleon.com.ar/ Alternatively, you could try flagging down a taxi by yourself outside the airport.
