Hydrogen Peroxide?

Most likely a flat roof and the drains get plugged with debris from the trees. Usually combined with a cheapo landlord who refuses to do a new mambrano.

Definitely a flat roof but we are above all the trees around here. The landlord told us when we moved in that he had paid to do some kind of covering on the roof himself instead of waiting ages for the administration to decide on it; I have a feeling he has to do a LOT of work every couple of years to keep things from caving in. When we moved in last December, the place was impeccably painted; now we're seeing that water damage is slowly working it's way around the flat. I actually feel kind of bad for him to have to keep up the maintenance; the rent isn't that high compared to how much maintenance it probably needs every few years.
