Of all the things in the drinking water that I'm concerned about, flouride is fairly low on the list. I used to live in San Telmo, and if I'd have the tap water, I'd inevitably have a case of the runs soon after.

It's not the fluoride you need to worry about here, but I often worry about the dead rat in the holding tank on the roof.
