Dollars - U$D 50 $50 USD Pesos - $50 That's the way I usually see it. If the only thing you see is the $ sign, it's usually pesos (unless there's a mention somewhere that all prices are in US dollars.) You can usually tell if something is simply 50-100% more expensive, or 400-800%. Sometimes not!
