TXT International is an international headhunter focused on the top 5% of the Global executive search market, working with major multi-national clients to help them fill their executive level vacancies. We are based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and have been operating successfully for the last 8 years. Our clients include many of the world’s most prestigious companies (more than 90% are S&P 500 firms). The strength of our sales proposition, the quality of candidates that we offer, the efficiency of our service and the cost-effectiveness of our solution mean that demand for services is growing strongly and we are looking to recruit recent graduates with a strong interest in developing a career in sales or more experienced sales professionals to join our company as a Business Developer.
The focus of this position will be to generate new leads and increase sales through building and maintaining customer relationships. Successful candidates must have a strong sales background, be professional and of an outgoing disposition. This is a phone sales position, so excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the capability and willingness to cold call potential clients with confidence, are key to success in this position. Candidates with diverse education and experiences in communications, marketing, PR, sales and customer service have proven to be very successful in this role in the past.
Please note that this is NOT an internship opportunity. We are looking for candidates who are focused on building a career and making a long term commitment to live and work in Argentina.
For successful candidates we offer an attractive base salary plus highly lucrative international grade commission package, private medical insurance and 3 weeks paid holiday. Relevant and focused on the job training will be provided.
