I am looking for an Internet Provider who will supply Internet service to my apartment in Recoletta and provide a static IP. I want high speed service. I currently have Fibertel service at 30M download speed, but I cant't get them to give me a static IP. Does anyone know a way around that with Fibertel, or a provider who will provide the service with the static IP. Thanks in advance.

Not sure what you need a static IP address for, but have you tried using http://dyn.com/dns/ and setting up dynamic DNS?
I think the only way to get a static IP is to sign up for business service.
