Iphone Problem

4s wont charge. It's still under warranty but the authorized reseller I went to (Macstation won't provide warranty service and said that any service the will do would void the warranty) help please

Did you

• try a new power cord?
• reset the iPhone to the default settings, erasing everything?

Yes and yes. Phone still slow charges so is usable but it is a major inconvenience ( for my girlfriend - its her phone). If there is really no way to get service here, what about Santiago or Montevideo?

If its still under warranty I would take it to the US/let someone take it....

i would call apple care, 1800 my apple (i think) , when i bought my iPhone, i told them that in argentina , theres nothing i can do if i have any problems and they said just to call them if its under warranty and the will send a box here and pay for it to be shipped out. I'm not sure about all the regulations here but call them and ask?!?!

When you say slow charges, how long does it take? It's plugged into an outlet or a computer?
