Hey All.

So I am chasing an ironing board and have been looking at Mercado, however am not really too familiar with the brands. I am chasing something pretty sturdy, decent quality.

Does anyone have any brands they could recommend for Mercardo or even brand and shops that dont charge an arm and a leg (aka those like the one in Palermo on the cnr of Scalabrini, Cabello)?

Cheers

Ugh I never heard of brand names for ironing boards, but you should be able to buy them at any ferreteria in your neighborhood.

These things run AR$140+ in this country.

No clue on brands.

I'd recommend buying one off of an expat.

I don't know about brands here. You'll probably pay around 500 pesos for a decent, adjustable one though (best bought from a fereteria or somewhere like Easy). I got mine for 150 and its one of the bottom of the range boards...not that long, can't adjust its height and I risk losing fingers everytime I have to close it.
