Is alcohol really not sold after 10:30 tonight?

I'm just looking forward to Ak Bill's desperate, impassioned cry for help in a language of his own invention cutting like a scythe through the wee, lonely, very dry hours that are fast approaching.

It was not enforced in any of the 3 BOLICHES I went to last night. I was drinking till well after 4 AM. What a joke.

Elaborating a bit more on this, I was surprised at the blatant defiance of this supposed law at not 1 but 3 major boliches in Capital Federal. They were serving booze like any normal Saturday. Does anyone know if the fine for getting caught selling alcohol during this time frame is quite low and thus it's more lucrative for bar owners to, if caught, just pay up rather than loose business?

I stopped by some spots that have storefront entries, and they were shuttered.

My hunch is that the goings on behind closed doors are too vast to be policed.

Well, being Argentina there always seems to be a way round such inconveniences.
As an aside, in GBA you can't buy booze at a super after 9pm any day of the week, which is strictly enforced.
Does the same apply in Cap Fed?
