For thos of you who havent lived in Argentina for long , you should realise that alcohol cannot be sold when there are elections.

So there will be nothing on sale in supermarkets and nothing in bars and restaurants on Sunday in Buenos Aires

So if you like a glass of wine with your lunch , you will have to eat at home :)

Yep, kinda like church. Both the "no alcohol allowed" part and the "bring your own" part. :)

Also remember that all bars stop serving early the night before the election. I think around 9 or 10pm.

the legislation states that alcohol can be sold three( or is four?) hours after the polls are closed

my good lady tells me it is officially three hours but if there are no incidents and no police about the chinese supermarkets will be selling on Sunday night
