DA, I think I did my homework and identified properties that were good investments. I suppose luck had something to do with it, but as I have stated before, I believe with the right vision, many profitable investments still exist. We call it the 80/20 rule. Lok for a property that is 80% complete and come in and "Americanize" the other other 20%.
