Is it me, or Immigrations looks like a jail?

I find the jails in Argentina not very bad at all and prisoners have a lot more rights than in a USA jail . If you have money jails here are a breeze with many benefits ( if you pay a fee ) .

Prisoners get a salary. A guy is even running for Mayor for a town in Cordoba province while he is in jail.
