It’s official Joe Biden becomes the 46 President of the United States.

I just heard a couple of fairly reasonable sounding conversatives point out in discussion on a video that, miraculously, according to almost all pundits pining for a Biden victory, this election was "perfect", with almost no Russian or other foreign interference.

I have both given money and done volunteer work in political campaigns, and will continue to do so. Voting is not enough.
At least you put your money where your mouth is.

Would you care to share which candidates you support and which Bernie Sanders proposals you don't agree with? If he had been nominated, would you have voted for him?

The logic of the MSNBC establishment liberals is that it's Bernie's fault that Hillary lost in 2016, and Bernie's fault Biden didn't win by a greater margin in 2020. It's Bernie's fault the Miami Cubans didn't change sides, yadda yadda yadda.
I'm afraid Bernie scared many moderates away.

That's the typical Hillary-MSNBC Russiagater narrative, for which there is no proof. Most polls from as late as April had Bernie beating Trump by an average of around +4. Biden won by +3.8. So whether you like the guy or not, he definitely was "electable," according to the math. (Source: RealClearPolitics)

Polls are not that reliable, are they? They had Biden beating Trump by 8%. Thankfully, Democrats overcame their collective death wish and picked an electable, if bland, candidate.

To date, Trump, with his army of lawyers, millions of dollars spent, and over 2 dozen law suits, has yet to PROVE one single fraudulent vote.
Many fans of youtube videos, and right wing nut job websites, are positive there was massive fraud.
But not a single case has been proven.
NOT ONE.

Trump appointed judges keep dismissing the cases as being nonesense, asking for evidence and getting none.

This is true but also misses the point, in a big way. Which opens the gate for takes like this one:

All their arguments come down to well maybe we can't prove that it happened, but you can't prove that it didn't happen. We can't know for sure. It's Russiagate for conservatives.

The salient point - and the one worth repeating - is not that they haven’t proved voter fraud. There are a lot of things in life that you can’t prove with absolute certainty, and but for which there is strong circumstantial evidence and you would do well to assume it’s true.

The issue with voter fraud is not that it hasn’t been PROVEN (which implies that it is more than plausible but just doesn’t pass some strict standard), but that there is zero evidence - none - to create the concern that it is happening on any serious scale. Is it possible? Sure. Is there any basis to assume it’s happening at scale? There is not. None.

It is the same as whether a building will collapse. Is it impossible? No, it is possible. Should some people be entrusted with worrying about it? Sure - that’s why we have building codes and fire codes and inspections and all that. Should we assume that buildings are about to start collapsing, because it is not impossible? Absent any evidence that is happening (not proof - just credible basis), most will agree that is not a wise approach.

Contrast with Russiagate, the essential points of which have plenty of evidence and/or been proven, even if at this point we do not have evidence to secure a conviction for the crime of conspiracy.

The conflation of standards - the proven with the likely with the reasonable - creates fertile ground for demagogues to choose the standard that is convenient, rather than the one that is relevant. When it comes to Russian interference in US elections, what matters is that not enough evidence exists to put Trump himself in jail, otherwise it never happened. And when it comes to massive election fraud, as long as one can’t prove it didn’t happen, it means that we can scream ad infinitum about it despite no credible basis in fact.

They indeed have a kamikaze streak, but it's not from the Bernie-AOC, wing, it's from their leadership who just reappointed Nancy Pelosi as speaker for another two years. She has the second worst approval rating in the entire US government, worse than even Trump, and second only to Mitch.

When you’ve lost Tucker Carlson, you’re in trouble.

He says they asked her for evidence to support her election fraud claims, but “she never sent us any evidence despite a lot of requests, polite requests, not a page.
“When we kept pressing she got angry and told us to stop contacting her.”

Approval rating doesn't count for much in Congress. If Nancy can deliver as that revolting Mitch does, more power to her.

Arguing, essentially, that Gov Kemp (R-GA) took massive bribes to let Dominion rig Georgia's ballot tabulators using hack technology provided by the CIA to Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, and that's only one part of a conspiracy involving "many thousands", including Barr's DOJ.

My take is that is not even designed to make sense to anyone outside of MAGAland, which is already committed to believing absolutely anything if it helps the cause and does not expect the conspiracy theory to even be coherent.

They are not even trying to win legally, and they are not trying to convince anyone outside of the bubble. It is solely for internal consumption by the rubes.

The hosts at Newsmax - an outlet run by a personal friend of Trump’s that makes Fox sound like MSNBC - had to comment that “Everything you’re alleging, frankly, is nuts”. To quote a frequent legal commenter on Twitter:
