In Italiano: it was about time!

I know by peers one of the chef mentioned, I think he is too new to be cooking fake Italians!
There are a lot of menus written in correct Italian, and the first impression I got was pretty good.

As for the quality of the ingredients, I cannot judge the chef for lack of Italian products available to them. Anyway there are a few place I wouldn't mind to try.
