I buy Nutella at Jumbo, and I've seen it at Falabella (Unicenter) along with the Ferrero Rocher chocolates. It's been a while since I went, but I trust they're still selling.

It isn't cheap, but I used to be able to get all sorts of Italian loveliness you either couldn't get anywhere else or else had to go to around 10 different stores to get it all. They sell cheeses, really lovely focaccia and have a nice menu if you want to eat in whilst considering what to buy to take home. It's a whilst since I was last there as I've left BA now, but from the website it doesn't seem to have changed too much.
