We are a fast-growing international education organization, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina that offers high-quality Spanish language immersion programs. We currently have an opening to join our team as an Admissions Advisor, a full-time role based out of our Buenos Aires office. As we are a company that is continuously expanding, we are constantly on the lookout for highly motivated, pro-active, experienced people to add to our ever growing team. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and multitasker, and has experience working in customer service with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
* Advise prospective students about our programs with the aim of converting them to actual students.
* Help the student through the registration process, by generating invoices and coordinating payment.
* Process all student registrations in a timely manner, coordinating with other school departments.
* Develop a good working relationship and liaise on a regular basis with travel agents, university officials, parents and any other intermediaries.
* Assist other departments when necessary with student services, housing, academics and activities.
* Periodically review the effectiveness of current admissions policies and procedures and suggest improvements where possible.
Qualifications
* Languages: English (Preferably native speaker), Spanish (advanced level as we are a Spanish-speaking office), and knowledge of other languages is a plus
* Education: University degree, preferably in a business, tourism or hospitality related
field, though other fields will be accepted
* Good knowledge of and a familiarity with Buenos Aires
* Minimum ONE YEAR stay in Argentina
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working or studying abroad is a plus
