Our International Business Developers are:
- Selling TXT International headhunting services to senior level executives
- Generating leads and arranging conference calls with potential new clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and onboarding executive search assignments
- Generating, managing and expanding a portfolio of key accounts
- Supporting the Directors in negotiating terms and conditions
- Effectively communicating with internal direct supervisors and Business Development team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree
- Native level English language skills
- Strong interest in Sales - experience in sales is an advantage
- Excellent time-management, prioritization and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills and professionalism to speak with top-level executives externally and to consult with Directors internally
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
