Joe Moving to BA in August

Hi Everyone, my name is Giuseppe Joe, I'm Italian and moving to BA in August.

At this time, I would like to have some hints over renting apartments in Palermo. For example are they furnished or not at all? Do all have security or is just an option, what are the average prices?

I'm likely to be spending quite some time in Argentina and so it would be really interesting to have some feedbacks.
