This is too funny... first peanuts and now this.
To be fair, it's the insurance companies lobby for these outrageous laws. Some over-zealous parent with friends starts bitching then sues for millions in yet another frivolous lawsuit, suddenly "may contain peanuts" shows up on a bag of peanuts :huh:
If you think your kid will choke on a plastic toy... don't give them the toy.
