I see them quite a lot here at the corner of Mexico and Piedras, and they are organized well enough. Very active indeed. Also immediately collecting stuff for the victims of La Plata a month or so ago. So they are very good at instant action! Well, if you have an unlimited budget no wonder...

For the rest it's a kind of a social club where you can easily pick up goodlooking women, and train your speeching capabilities at the same time. They really like long monologues and look at themselves a bit like rockstars, so it seems. I can see the appeal to young kids. It's glamourous and cosy.
