I'll be in Calafate/Chalten in February... I am limited on days so I wanted to ask your opinion if you have been there.
I'll only have 1 FULL day for El Chalten so I'll have to choose either the hike to Laguna Torre or the one to Laguna de los Tres.
I'm not an excellent hiker and I heard that Laguna Torre is the easier of the two, but Laguna de los Tres has the better (if that's even possible) view!
Anyone done either, or both? Any advice? Can you help sway me towards one or the other? The alternative is to squeeze an extra day and do both but I don't think I can handle 8+ hours of hiking 2 days in a row...
