Lan Vs Aerolineas

Again, don't take me as a fan of Aerolineas, but LAN? come on.
Spent 14 hours in Rio waiting for a LAN flight, they would not give us a flight time, or a even a gate number until half an hour before we flew. Then we were sent to the same gate as an Air France to Paris flight, it was absolute chaos.
Good flight though, no reclining seats, no inflight food, no inflight entertainment. Normally I would say do not judge on just one experience, but I think this was one too many.

I will fly LAN anytime instead of Aerolineas. LAN has great service and their check-in/out is outstanding.
