I have rented at least 20 apartments here over the last 15 years and never had a problem. Perhaps people shouldn't get their knickers in a twist so quickly and should just get on the phone and clarify the matter....

Unless of course you are Lee and already know that the worst possible outcome is certain to happen!!!!
