Laptop repair specialist for IBM & Apple Mac

I can´t recommend a better source than Ricardo. My Mac Notebook was having a handful of issues that were resolved quickly, and at an extremely reasonable price. Nice to find someone in BsAs that is trustworthy and knows what they are doing...plus a pleasure to work with and very thorough in explaining what work has been done.

A year ago, my laptop died and after many attempts at Galleria Jardin, I couldn't get help - or reasonably priced help. So, I abandoned all hope and resigned myself to the fact that I had lost my information.

After searching this site, today I met with Ricardo ([email protected]) I returned to my house tonight with my new laptop and all my old files have been recovered. He was able to recover files from my 1 year defunct laptop. It's fantastic! He was extremely patient and explained the basics to me, as I'm computer ignorant.

I was really impressed with both the technical and customer service so I want to recommend him to others who might be in my situation.

My Toshiba laptop got rained on and when it still didn't work after two days of drying, I started looking in to computer repairs specialists in BA. All the good reviews on here are totally justified. Ricardo, explained everything very clearly, was totally upfront and reasonable about costs, worked fast and gave me a three month warranty on his work. Excellent service and very talented guy.

I actually found Ricardo's name here on the forum when my Mac keyboard went south just in time for xmas week. You can imagine how difficult it is to find Mac parts and a fast install in a country that has driven Apple away, and that is largely at the beach for the holidays. Fortunately Ricardo was able to locate a used part in good condition, install and test it within 24 hrs. I am not sure that it would have been that fast even in the US at the Mac counter.
I will def. be calling Ricardo for future issues. His service was excellent!

I will definitely be contacting him again in future for any IT/comp issues. His service was excellent!

Ricardo, you certainly have the recommendations here! Very impressive! And thanks for the explanation and advice on care of the computers. Do you by chance know which store in Galeria Jardin? My spanish is not the best for locating stuff. If you don't, then just ignore the question. Maybe they all have the cooling pads. This is new information for me though I have been to Galeria Jardin and I know the equipment is not sitting on display but you have to ask for it.

Hi Arlean, yes, some of the shops in Galeria Jardin stock the 'Cooler Pads' but they keep them out of view. I would ask for for a 'USB Cooler Pad', or 'cooler'...one place I usually buy them from is called 'Criterios Informaticos' Criterios & they are situated inside on the 1st floor, Store # 460 & 478. Directly in front of them (directly & on the other side) is another PC shop called RPC, they too sell them. But as long as you mention 'Cooler Pad' or just 'USB Cooler'
'para laptops' you can walk around & ask for the better price. Best of luck!
