Tio Alberto is exactly where he wants to be -- standing in front of a public and showing them figures and charts (usually hastily prepared and half right by some nameless fincionario), "teaching" people how they should be and feel. I kind of disagree with the opinions above, regarding CFK. Cristina is not in charge of anything (of great importance), unless (until?) the president fails.
So as long as the country is functional and somehow its money-printing maquinita works wonders, the president remains in full charge and power. But sure, Cristina at some point will get power back; lots of it.
