In almost three years have never seen one. Even if you aren't fluent, perhaps you could give yourself a quick Spanish lesson and then be able to be more specific about the way your clothes are washed and dried.

How do you say something to the effect of "wash in cold water"?

And how do you say something to the effect of "dry in low heat"?

They might not want to take the time to dry with low heat. In that case perhaps you might ask not to dry your clothes completely.

No seque completamente, por favor.

These phrases might not be "perfect" castellano but they will probably convey the idea.

Well I dropped off the clothes and it was $24 for a garbage bag full. Next time I'll try to find a small place.

I think you may have been ripped off. Admitedly I have not been back since September but I paid $8 for a bag of washing, and $6 to have a shirt washed and ironed. I know that there is quite bad inflation there, but 300%? That was at 5 a Sec on Corrientes and Gascon.
