Leading restaurants in BA

this thread is conspicuously missing the wave of newer restaurants on the cutting edge of gastronomy in Buenos Aires. Naranjo and Nanum are two standouts that would be extremely competitive in global dining cities such as New York.
 
As only someone with snacks in his/her name could point out.
 
I would add Anafe and Mudra Plant Based to the list of newer restaurants.
For Japanese style I prefer Omakase by Kuda and maybe Nare (if it still exists)
