Qualifications:
Fluency in both Written and Oral English
Fluency in Spanish and English
Experience in sales is an advantage
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure is a must
Must have a “pleasing” personality when talking to customers
Must have attended at least two years of University
College degree an advantage
Computer Savvy and works very well with computer software’s such as adobe pro, ms office programs, etc…
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full Phone Coverage on Leasing Calls
Attends to Leasing Inquiries over the phone
Attends to total Customer Satisfaction and answers questions and queries that customers might have
Responsible for managing customers that become tenants on issues related to maintenance and other factors involving overall customer/tenant satisfaction
Arranges for proper documentations that customers may need such as furnishing lease documents, Purchase Agreements, etc…
Follow up on customers on a regular basis
Performs other duties that may be required from time to time

BENEFITS:

All work is done via telephone, fax and email. All activity is logged into the company’s database. You are paid weekly either by direct wire deposit, Paypal etc. You are an independent contractor.

*High speed Internet
*Speak excellent English
*Quiet home office (No children/pets/heavy traffic in background)
*Ability to work 9am-5pm CST, Mon-Fri, 40 set hours a week.
*Computer savvy

*Pentium 4 or the Equivalent for processor, at Least 512 mb of RAM, Windows XP Operating System, download speed of up to 512 kbps.
*Printer/Scanner a plus.
