Limits on sale of tickets to exterior

In today’s La Nacion online, there is an article explaining that the number of tickets for flights to the the exterior will be limited to avoid “una maniobra de dólares” I tried to add a photo of the article but wasn’t able to. Sorry.

talk about shooting yourself in the foot. oh i am sorry sir you can’t buy a round trip ticket. argentina is limiting flights out of the country. oh and the casas de cambio arent open any more. you can only exchange through government approved offices or banks at our new rate. give me a break. not going to happen. good laugh though

Has been done before in other countries... To purchase tickets that initiate overseas paid with a local credit card , to benefit from the Rulo, is something that needs to be controlled.

Limits are set on Aerolineas Arg. tickets that originate overseas and also may end overseas, like NY/BA or NY/San Paulo RT. To be paid in pesos with with an Argentine CC ?

rich one. thanks for the insite. can’t believe anybody would think thats a good idea if you want dollars coming through tourism. in colombia now. they are worried about petro. cant come close to argentina.

it's calm all right, but it's a tiny colonial village, after lying on Rodadero beach for a week you'll want to shoot yourself out of boredom. Colombian rental prices have always been very low, even in Medellin and thru Airbnb it's dirt cheap. The only exemption being Bogota. Life is much cheaper there for sure, but there is very little excitement apart from nature, tropical fruit and Cartagena...people are square and even salsa is so monotonous you can fall asleep dancing. and the street vendors are way more ubiquitous and more persistent than in BsAs. Great place for vacation, but to live...
