Hello amigos (as), I'm looking to rent my bedroom in Palermo Soho for 2 and a half months.
I own the apartment and rent 2 rooms to an Australian woman and a New Zealand guy. The department has 180 m2, the living room is spacious, the kitchen is great, a nice patio, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. I will be traveling on the 30th of May, so the actual room will be available from the 31th May.
The rent is $ 700 per month, we're looking for an open-minded matured professional person to share with two other flatmates. Must be clean and tidy.
