Looking For A Native Russian Teacher

Hello.

I am looking to learn Russian from a native Russian teacher or a teacher from Ukraine or another Eastern Bloc country who can teach me Russian.

I prefer somone who has teaching experience and not just a native person.

I prefer to have a freelancer teacher rather than reference to some professional Russian language school in BA.

I am looking to learn Russian from English rather than from Spanish to Russian.
