Does anyone know of any nice places to swim, clubs/gyms ect around Palermo?
On doctors orders I need to go but would really appreciate a decent outdoor one, any ideas ?

But you may not have a lot of time. My wife is telling me that the outdoor pool season is almost over now that the weather should be cooling down and kids are going back to school.
