Just since I've seen her recommended so much on here, I wanted to post that I had a really not great experience working with her. If it were just that I wasn't impressed by my experiences of my sessions with her, I probably wouldn't post about it -- I know that not everyone is the right match for every therapist, so that's not a big deal on its own. However, I felt that she behaved very unprofessionally when I told her that I didn't want to continue working with her after our first few sessions, so based on that combined with my experience of her sessions, I can't recommend her. Here is a note (previously posted in this forum) by Susana Olañeta, an Argentine clinical Psychologist in Palermo who speaks excellent English and has experience helping expats deal with life in Buenos Aires:

Thank you for sharing this. I only saw positive experiences and I can only relate to this one. I don't really share my experiences online and was not going to until I saw this post which shared a similar experience to mine. I believe she has spent too many years doing what she does and seems to no longer enjoy her work by the way she comes off during sessions. She can be very unprofessional, rude and show how very little patience she has. It got worse as our sessions continued. She had a tendency to cut me off and even told me that I talked too much when I didn't answer a question to her liking or stayed on topic. She doesn't seem to express much empathy during some vulnerable sessions. I'm not saying she is terrible but I wanted to put this out there as she may not be for everyone. I got influenced by all the positive reviews and realized after a few sessions she is not someone I felt created a safe space for me in therapy. I personally do not recommend her.Just since I've seen her recommended so much on here, I wanted to post that I had a really not great experience working with her.
