My Argentine spouse and I are looking for a rental property in any of the above neighborhoods beginning anytime after July. We’d prefer to rent directly from the owner rather than through a real estate agency, if possible. We're open to making payments in USD if that's preferred.

We’re flexible in terms of layout and size, but not considering monoambientes (studios).

My wife renting her flat in Colegiales. It’s 1BR with 24 hr doorman, big communal pool, clubhouse, asado area, small gym. Walking distance to train and subte. It has a balcony with far reaching views. Airy bright and the bedroom has built in floor to ceiling wardrobe and block out shutters. Can be rented furnished ( very trendy and tasteful furniture) or unfurnished.

Good point. I've been living here for quite a while, so I'm aware of it, but it's still important that these warnings are read.
